Celia is an Accredited Practising dietitian who has a Graduate Diploma in Nutritional Science and a Master of Nutrition and Dietetics from University of Canberra.
Celia has a Chinese background, and is fluent in both English and Mandarin. Having been influenced by family, she enjoys foods and loves cooking. Celia believes that a nutritious diet should be interesting, joyful and easy to fit in a busy life. She is enthusiastic in helping people develop strategies for achieving and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
She is keen on sharing her knowledge and experience to help manage a healthy diet for people with different dietary needs. Her main areas of interests include Weight Management, Diabetes Management, Cardiovascular Disease, Coeliac Disease, Food Allergy and Intolerance, and nutrition throughout the life span
