Our Fees

We are mixed billing centre. BULK BILLING for all days is available to children below 16 years; Pensioner Concession Card holders aged 65 and over, and Gold DVA Card Holders. Bulk billing may be available for Commonwealth Seniors Health Card holders aged 65 and over.

PRIVATE FEES APPLIES TO ALL WALK-IN PATIENTS, FIRST VISITS AND THOSE WHO HAVEN’T VISITED THE PRACTICE WITHIN LAST 2 YEARS.

Bulk Billing is available for existing patients and from second visit onward for new patients with Dr S. Zafreen (Monday - Friday) and Dr Mo Rahim (Monday – Friday, 11AM - 3PM ONLY)

Dr Syed continues to bulk bill between 9 and 11am on Wednesday only for his existing patients, who consulted him before 1st February 2025.

Most of our services are privately billed to our patients. This means the patients will be charged a fee that is higher than the Medicare rebate. Some services may be bulk billed at the sole discretion of the Doctor.

Medicare card and concession cards must be presented before each consultation.

Umang Patel (Physiotherapist)

Initial consult (40-60 mins) $110, Standard consult (30 mins) $95. Medicare rebate approx. $62 if you have a GP referral, otherwise no rebate. Same fees for patients with private health insurance and out of pocket.

DVA clients: Initial and Subsequent consults (30 mins) $73.30, End of treatment report $32.51

NDIS clients: Initial (60 mins) $193.99, Subsequent (30 mins) $97

Marianne Moore (Counsellor)

Fees (up to an hour session): First visit $100, follow up visit $75. For a long session, additional fees apply.

Fee payments

Fees are payable at the time of your consultation.

We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard or EFTPOS. Medicare EasyClaim for debit cards is also available, which helps you get your Medicare refund within minutes of your transaction.

Worker compensation, insurance and occupational health

We do not bill WorkCover directly unless you have a letter with a claim number. If you do not have such a letter, we will bill you as normal and you need to seek reimbursement from your employer or WorkCover.

Cancellation policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact reception at 02 6255 7007 to reschedule or cancel. We require at least 2 hours’ notice for cancellations. Repeated short-notice cancellations or failure to attend appointments will incur a $50 fee. Please note that this fee is not eligible for the Medicare rebate.

Additional treatment fees

Additional fees are applicable to cover care provided by our Nurses (for example, vaccines, dressings, wound-care and other procedures).
