Dr S. Zafreen: Bulk billing is available for existing patients and from the second visit onward for new patients, Monday–Friday.
Dr Mo Rahim: Bulk billing is available for existing patients and from the second visit onward for new patients, Monday–Friday, 11AM–3PM only.
Most of our services are privately billed to our patients. This means patients will be charged a fee that is higher than the Medicare rebate. Some services may be bulk billed at the sole discretion of the Doctor.

We accept:
Easyclaim is available, requiring a Debit Card to process the rebate back. Easyclaim is available, requiring a Debit Card to process the rebate back helping you receive your Medicare refund within minutes of your transaction.
We do not bill WorkCover or Comcare directly unless you have a letter with a claim number. If you do not have such a letter, we will bill you as normal and you will need to seek reimbursement from your employer or WorkCover.

We require at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations.
Repeated short-notice cancellations or failure to attend appointments will incur a $50 fee. This fee is not eligible for the Medicare rebate.
Additional fees are applicable to cover care provided by our Nurses, including vaccines, dressings, wound care and other procedures.
